We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relationships and training
- Design and implement programs to improve morale and relationships
- Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar position preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; Master’s is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
