• We are looking for a Human Resource( HR) Intern to join and work in a fast-paced environment of a venture capital funded startup and is willing to hustle to achieve company goals quickly.

• The individual will work directly with the founder and CTO and help in smooth functioning of Human Resource (HR) activities.
  

• The selected intern will work on end to end HR operations
• Research on appropriate sources for recruitment
  
• Handle Recruitment - Sourcing, screening, arranging interviews and follow up
  
• Update job openings on website, job portals and social networking platforms
• Creating job descriptions for vacant positions
• Conducting first level interviews with applicants
  
• Introduce innovative HR practices in the organization in terms of employee management, company culture which has a direct positive bearing on the company brand and efficiency                                                                                                            

• Fresh graduates those are available for full-time (in-office) internship at Kurla office
• Are pursuing any degree but have relevant skills and interest
  
• Candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi & English
  
• Should be self-motivated & enthusiastic
  
• Ability to work as an individual as well as team
  
• Are from Mumbai only
• Can preferably start the internship immediately
