Job Description
Background:
· Employee Engagement Survey is a very widely known & powerful product available and being used by most of the organisations – across all industries & is also one of the most Premium Products of HR Anexi.
· Our Model of Employee Engagement is known as the ‘X’ model of Employee Engagement.
· Every year HR Anexi conducts Employee Engagement Surveys domestically & internationally for its clients.
· The Survey’s for most of our key clients take place in the period of December to February every year.
· After the closure of the survey, we analyse the data.
Reporting:
This role reports to the Project Manager directly.
Role:
· As a part of the Survey, we do a very detailed analysis of the data collected from all the respondents.
· The interns will get a hands-on experience & opportunity to analyse the data that is collected in this survey.
· This analysed data is then used to prepare the final reports that are submitted to the client.
· While doing this data analysis, the interns will get to see live inputs & feelings of the respondents - in terms of their relationship with the organisation that they work for.
· Access will be granted to confidential data that is usually not available anywhere for reference.
· Proper training and guidance to be given to the interns for the software’s to be used.
Skills Required:
· Energetic individuals who like reading, analysing, learning and are ready to stretch themselves as per the need of the hour
· Reading in Hindi, Marathi & Gujarati will be an advantage
· Right Attitude
· Committed to delivering on time
· Eye for Detail
