• Location: Mulund, Mumbai 
  
• Remuneration: Up to 3000/-
  
• Duration of an Internship:  2 months/3 months/4 months
  

Job Description: 

• Strong Independent Online / offline Research skills will be required
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in groups
  
• Understanding the Client requirements clearly as well as performing background research to understand the same in department
  
• Sourcing Candidates - Phone based research / mapping organizations to identify candidates in specific positions
  
• Research - Creating list of target companies, researching the industry for prospective candidate profiles
  
• Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a daily basis and also maintain all daily work in the ERP
  
• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  
• Disposition of all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview)
  
• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Senior HR Associates
  
• Creating reports to be presented to the client – Position Description, Assessment Reports etc.
  
• Leading Firm-wide Agendas like HR, Marketing, Employee Engagement, Events etc.
