Job Description
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Undertaking detailed research and analysis for demographic information like for jobs and candidates
- Designing a recruiting strategy with well-defined benchmarks
- Researching and crafting job descriptions
- Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge and expertise in various recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to recruiting leads
- Recruitment marketing and account management
- # of Internships available: 2
- Skill(s) required: MS-Office
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 15th May’19 and 14th Jun’19
- are available for duration of 3 months
- have relevant skills and interests
- Women willing to start/restart their career can also apply.
- Must hold an MBA (preferred HR background) or B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc degree
- Must have an understanding of working on LinkedIn and other social media
- Must have the ability to work in a team-oriented, highly collaborative open environment
- Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Job offer (On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum), Informal dress code, 5 days a week.
