About the Internship:-
- We are seeking an HR Generalist trainee who will be groomed into a full-time HR employee.
- Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- End to end recruitments ( Drafting and posting job requirements, Sourcing candidates as per the requirement of the company, shortlisting resumes, Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR
- Scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates
- Communicating with all candidates regularly.
- Maintaining contact with the offered candidates until their joining. Closing open positions within set deadlines. Maintaining a database of all candidates.
- Administer HR generalist functions on a day-to-day basis
- Regular HR MIS creation and submission to Head HR
- Drive employee engagement with out-of-the-box ideas
- HR research on industry HR best practices
- Improve existing HR policies and processes to optimize productivity
- Payroll Management 8. HR operations 9. Administer the HRMS portal for HR functions
- Only those candidates can apply who are available for full time (in-office) internship
- can start the internship between 4th Jul'19 and 12 July,'19 are available for 6 months to have relevant skills and interests

- Stipend: INR 3000- 6000 /Month
