About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling Recruitment Life Cycle (Sourcing, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, and Follow-ups)
- Understanding the requirement specification given by the client company .
- Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates using internal database, job portals and social networks like LinkedIn, Google groups, yahoo groups, skill pages, etc. based on the requirement
- Short listing suitable candidates with relevance of requirements
- Handling client relationship, interview coordination, candidate Salary negotiations, offers, declines and replacements
- Skill(s) required: MS-Office, English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)

- Are available for full time (in-office) internship
- Can start the internship between 10th May'18 and 30th May'18
- Are available for duration of min 2 months
- Have relevant skills and interests
- Have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
