- Making 30-40 calls per day, calling candidates about the job opportunity, validating them.
- Good at Browsing and working on Excel sheets.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment, interview and selection of candidates.
- Expertise in using job portals.
- Keeping a track of responses & processing relevant profiles
- Should be fluent in Tamil.(Mandatory Skill)
