Job Summary

• We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, pleasant personality for our company who have good communication skills and convincing power who is ready to take responsibility of HR and BDE (Education) as an Intern.
  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Engaging in recruitment, selection, staffing, and other HR activities
  
• Handling admin responsibilities
  
• Screening, and interviewing the candidates
  
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process
  
• Career Counselling.
  
• Calling Colleges/students to invite for various programs.
  
• Calling colleges to invite them for campus recruitment drives.
  
• Reporting feedback and contact details of each inquiry.
  
• Making the inquiry & internship related daily reports.
  
• Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counselling walk-ins.
  
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, go-getter, pleasant personality.
  
• Responsible for business development through concept sales, Cold calling and prospecting over the phone.
  
• Experience in calling/indirect/ counselling/ sales is preferred
  

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
  
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
  
• Should be able to work with a Team.
