Optiliza Technology is looking for HR recruiter Interns
- We are an IT Services company looking for HR Interns that are keen to make a career in 'Human Resources and Recruitment'.
- An ideal candidate would be a quick learner, familiar with typical recruitment scenarios of a small and growing IT services company.
Requirement:
- Preferably an HR Degree or equivalent. Computer graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates with a computers/IT background are also open to apply.
- Handling End to End recruitment.
- Preliminary screening/short listing right profiles as per given requirements.
- Sourcing relevant resumes from Portals/other sources
- Finding new sources
- Cold calls and emailing
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination
