- Process understanding Job Description, Screening, Fitment, Interview Techniques, Selection.
-Handling Internal and External Portal.-Interview Techniques and frequently asked questions and suitable actions.
-Personality Enhancement, Soft Skills Development, Business Approach and Corporate Etiquette.
- Industry HR Training (Internal & External).
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Freelance Recruiter can work from home or per convenience.
- Past experience in BFSI Sector in TA would be added advantage.
- Good communication is mandatory
- Employment Break, Gaps cases can considered
