Alstone Industries Hiring for the Factory HR
Job Responsibility
- Sound experience in managing factory HR
- Following up on PF
- Looking at logistics and transportation
- Experience in dealing with and managing contract labourers
- Experience in dealing with labour officers
- Sound knowledge of labour law compliance
- Good experience in Factory statutory compliances.
- Has experience dealing with External officers
- Good experience in Vendors management & experience in keeping a track of maintenance contracts
- Attendance, PF ESCIS
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the Employees
- Handling the administration of all contract labour.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/
- Attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
Experience range 4 to 7 years
Gender preference Male candidates only
No of working days - 6 days
Location- Kotputali (Rajasthan)
