Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To assist HR department in developing the launch of Learning & Development initiative
- Work closely with senior staff/ leaders of different departments to understand the training requirements capabilities/ skill/ knowledge gaps
- Assist HR team in selecting appropriate learning/training programmes & materials to provide effective and innovative solutions for addressing different gaps in performance
- Require to debrief trainings related to behavioural, cultural and compliance related topics
- Liase with P & Q department for auditing and evaluating the trainings provided to the employees through Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong oral communication, written & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of detail
- Should be proactive and good team player
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Good presentation skills
