Job Description
- The HR Associate will have to actively involve in various activities of Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, Admin etc.
- Will have to visit various prominent colleges and Skill development centres to build and maintain excellent rapport with Placement Officers.
- Will become the SPOC for Campus recruitment in the organization along with gaining expertise in HR Generalist activities.
- Applicants should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be adept in using MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
- Should self-motivate, proactive, eloquent in communication with a go-getter attitude.
- Education Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with following percentages(MUST).Graduation/ Post Graduation: 65%Intermediate: 70%SSC: 70%
