Job Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment and selection.

Induction training and development appraisal
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Problem if any ,solve
Statutory duties like remittance of ESI, PF, and professional tax, payroll
Exit interviews
Nurture a positive working environment
Maintenance of attendance absenteeism monitoring and control.
Maintaining cleanliness and discipline.
