Responsibilities for ER

Induction & Orientation: Effectively Managing New Hire Orientation & corporate induction for New Hires.
Employee Communication: Ensuring effective communication of HR Policies and Processes to Operations & ensure compliance to the company\'s policies. Conducting various sessions like PMS awareness sessions/ guiding principles etc
Employee Engagement: Implementing employee engagement activities planned for the month like Fun Fridays, Team building activities, Birthday Celebrations, Corporate Anniversary Celebrations, fun activities, sports tournaments etc.
Reward and Recognition: - Manage effectively Reward and Recognition programs to boost employee performance and Motivate employees
HRMS: - Assisting the Operations in using adrenalin. Update all employee status change in HRMS.
Internal Job Posting:- Accountable for Internal Job Postings.
Addressing employee grievances in an effective manner with a tracking mechanism to ensure smooth functioning.
HRIS: Publishing HR dashboards and attrition analysis data.
Attrition management: To work on attrition and try find new ways of reducing attrition by arranging one -ones with TL/ Manager and by arranging HR Skips.
Performance appraisal: Effectively managing PASS (performance appraisal software system)
Disciplinary/PIP: Involved in initiating Performance improvement plan. Ensured discipline across floor
Retention: Carried out RAG analysis/Abscondee call back
Separation: Due clearance, Exit interview.

Responsibilities for Recruitment

Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Bulk Hiring / Campus Hiring
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board.
