Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
3. Develop compensation and benefits plans
4. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
5. Host in-house recruitment events
6. Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
7. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
8. Review departmental budgets
9. Organize learning and development programs
10. Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
11. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Other requirements
1. Proven work experience as a senior hr manager or similar role
2. Solid understanding of labor legislation
3. Excellent communication abilities
4. Leadership skills
5. Ability to foster healthy employee relations
6. B.Sc degree in human resources management or organizational psychology
7. M.Sc degree in hr or relevant certification is a plus
8. Experience candidates preferred for this pre-employment
