Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with the leadership team to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives.
  • Manage all HR activities like payroll, leave, attendance, onboarding, exit management, benefits administration.
  • Facilitate and conduct various employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all employee documentation in accordance with the compliance and statutory requirement.
  • Creation of the hiring plan / pipeline and drive hiring through various channels.
  • Scheduling Interviews and Follow Up.
Desired Skills
  • Strong hands-on general HR experience and understanding or appreciation of the startup culture
  • Graduate, 
  • MBA-HR (Preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in core hr with a leading company.
  • Willingness to work with an early stage start-up.
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
