namely Ultratech Cement Ltd.
The company is promoted by Mr. Mohinder Mittal who has vast experience in trading in various products
like Cement, GI and PVC Pipes, Pipe and Pipe Fittings, Steel Products etc.Other directors Mr Manu
Mittal and Mr Tanu Mittal (Directors of the Company) are actively engaged in the day to day operations
of the company. Mr. Mohinder Mittal has experience of 30 years in construction field. The company
operates with a fleet of over 60 vehicles and aspires to achieve an annual targeted turnover of Rs. 100
crores in the current financial year. Currently the company operates in the following fields
1. Distribution of Birla Super Cement bags to associate dealers. The company is exclusive dealer of
Ultratech Cement.
2. Sale and Transportation of loose cement of Vasavadatta Cement
3. Sale of GGBS (Ingredient for RMC)

5. Earning sales promotion commission by promoting sale of loose cement of the above companies.

6. Dealing in Readymix Concrete
The company has opened branches in Shivamogga, Ballari and Dharwad and Davangere
Chitradurga,Chikmaguluru and Gadag and have already reached no. 1 position in Shivamogga. Overall
the company is No. 1 distributor of Ultratech Cement in Karnataka. Currently the company every month
sells more than 8000 MT of cement bags and promotes and transports around 10000 MT of loose cement
from Vasavadatta Cement.
