Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs
- Employee referral check; Selection of candidates
- Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers
- Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitments
- Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Sr. HR Manager on weekly basis
- Reviewing the Recruitment agency invoices before forwarded to the Sr. HR Manager for approval.(via SAP)
- Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)
- Liaison with Shared Services on all recruitments documents
- Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc
- Opening staffs personal file; Issuing Medical check up letter; SAP ID / PKFZ PASS / PPE Form
- Handling new employees reporting duty, such as induction and reporting needs
- Update the Employment / Vacancies Report
- To ensure all employee have their JDs
- Have experience handling and coordinating contract workers procedures and documents
