HR Manager (IT) should have 6 months of experience working with an IT Company in Chandigarh Tricity area. The person should be self motivated, enjoy recruitment, willing to take ownership and join a 2 years old Startup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Collaborate with Engineering Colleges and Universities in campus hiring.
• Work from Office only

Qualifications

• Master degree or relevant experience in HR (Information Technology)
• 6 Months experience in Human Resources
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Work from Office (Zirakpur, near Chandigarh)
