Job Description
Required Skills:
- Good Communications are highly required (English)
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- Must be capable of managing floor
- Only applicants who are available full time for a minimum duration of 6 month(s) can apply
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Have to maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Have to maintain the organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Have to ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Have to maintain the management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
