We are looking for a female who has work experience within freight forwarding industry and most important the candidate should be proactive for recruitments.
Also the candidate should be settled in personal life and should be residents from Gurgaon
Job Location: Gurgaon – Main Sohna Road
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in similar profile
Salary: 5.4LPA

Required Skill set:

Should have INDEPTH knowledge/ experience of
Various channels of recruitment to source the resources
Aggressive Recruitment and headhunting
Extremely Good Written and Spoken English is MUST
Able to work under Pressure and stringent deadlines
Residents from Gurgaon will be given preference
Age should be between 30 to 40years (Well settled in personal life & Career focused ).

Roles and responsibilities:

Responsible for Pan India Recruitment & Selection activities: scanning the database, headhunting, mapping, networking etc. from Executive to the senior level on a Pan India basis
Conducting Induction & Training Programme, Employee Documentation
Performance Appraisal: Reviewing performance of the employees and Salary Bands annually.
Structuring the Policies & Procedures - Policy Reviewing, Framing Rules & Regulations, Updation of Employee Handbook
Counseling & Coaching Employees: Communicating with employees on daily basis to resolve issues.
Conducting Exit Interviews and Initiating the Full & Final Settlement with Accounts and Issuing Relieving letter, Experience letter etc.
Organizing Employee Engagement activities to motivate and enhance employee’s performance.
