- Fresher candidate have to work as a trainee for 3 months without salary.
- Managing the hiring process for manpower gap, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks.
- Preparing payroll input report & validating attendance data for salary processing.
- Develop and maintain a system to ensure that employee personal files are kept up-to-date.
- Good understanding of Team Management.
