Job Description
- 'Manpower Planning
- Recruitment-Based on requirement release recruit advertisement and/or inform manpower agency
- Induction and On-boarding
- Implement Induction plan for all new joiners
- Managing on-boarding activities in the first six months
- Performance and Rewards
- Design and implement the Compensation structure
- Payroll and statutory compliance for all dealership employees
- Performance Management
- Design, monitor and measure the effectiveness of incentive and performance bonus schemes of all dealership employees in conjunction with Sales & Aftersales teams.
- Design and communication of incentive design with teams
- Implement the Performance Management Process including KRA setting, review mechanism and using data for career development
- Segment employees on basis of performance and implement retention program
- Engagement-Prepare an employee engagement plan for the dealership
- Monitor the execution of activities identified as part of engagement initiatives
- Training-Conduct weekly Product Trainings along with the inDealer Trainer
- HR Policies Implementation and administration of all HR policies as per HROS
- Administration-Managing 3rd party vendors
