Eossun Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Manager who can develop effective relationships with line managers and with relevant office staff and provide a professional HR service to the business.

Responsibilities include:
• Performance management – deliver performance management programs that drive a high performance culture.
• Recruitment and selection – direct and manage the recruitment and selection process in interviewing and assessment procedures and train selected office staff engineer with help of sr. office engineer.
• Learning and development – implement and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
• Human resources policies – develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance. Maintain salary for all staff and approved TA & DA of site engineer’s after approving from coordinator’s & send to accounts.
• Reporting and management of human resources metrics – produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and all office staff performance. Reports must be submitted to PROJECT DIRECTOR weekly and monthly.
• Leadership – mentor direct reports and provide coaching to help them reach their potential.
