Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed Institute
Experience:Should have minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, Staffing, Promotion, Performance Evaluation
Responsible for all human resource activities to include Employment, Compensation, Employee relations, Benefits, and Training & Development.
Interview Process, Develop and maintain relationship with Employment Agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
