Job Description
Requirements:
Post-Graduation in Human Resources is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR & Administrative roles.
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications: (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and belief in the opportunities that the company has to offer.
High attention to detail and level of accuracy.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required:
Having excellent knowledge of MS-Excel and with good academics of minimum 75% from matriculation.
Database management including vendor management
Maintain ticketing systems which include - raising a ticket, issue solutions, and close tickets
Make offer letters of new recruits
Maintaining & Mapping of employee database
Database management
Recruitment operations
Support management and staff in their day-to-day business activities
Ensure that efficient management of resources and operational risk control measures
Need to handle HR operations involved in an employee's life cycle, Hire to Retire.
Duties & Tasks :
- Overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the team.
- Get directions from the Founders about new positions, contribute actively in the planning of the recruitment cycle and its implementation.
- Completely responsible for recruiting for positions from scouting for candidates to fixing interviews, following up and closing positions.
- Generate offer letters and contract letters for the selected candidates, collecting documents from employees as per the standard checklist.
- Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees.
- Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary and other deductions in an employee-wise specified format for processing payroll.
- Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensures outcomes are communicated formally through letters.
- Be the central person for all TA and office related communication for the company.
- You are the 1 AM call for every team member in the organization.
