We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR Manager to join our consulting team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing talent acquisition, performance management, and implementing HR strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources and talent recruitment, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and handle HR operations efficiently.
Requirements:
MBA/MHRM or related management degree.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or talent recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Handle employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Support performance management processes, including reviews, promotions, and development plans.
Coordinate with various departments to understand HR needs and provide support accordingly.
Salary: Minimum ₹15,000 per month, with room for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
