Job Description
- Location: Kandanchavadi, Chennai .
- Days of Work: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
Job Responsibilities :US employee life cycle management
- Onboarding using defined process, manage data in employee database software throughout the employee lifecycle, off board employees
- Work closely with program coordinators in the United States to facilitate the above
- Respond to employee queries via email and phone
- Adhere to client compliance requirement and adhere to US legal requirements while working for multiple clients
- SLA adherence meet quality and turnaround time goals
- Maintain and reconcile several HR systems to ensure the employee information is consistent across all systems
