HR Operations Executive

Educational Qualifications : MBA in HR, Business, or a related field
Experience : 3 yrs to 5 years
Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and HR delivery for the process
- End- to-end Employee Life cycle management from Induction to Exit of the Employee
- Provide support for implementation of Key HR initiatives at Organizational level
- Management of Employee relations including coaching, counselling & disciplinary actions
- Assisting day to day operations of the HR function and duties
- Involved in end to end onboarding process
- Carrying out induction/ orientation program to new recruits
- Process documentation and updating all new staff details in HRIS
- Developing and maintaining MIS reports on and other operation reports which involves Joining and exit attrition reports, Background verification report
- Maintaining Group health Insurance data with adding and deletion of new hires and exit employees
- Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing grievances and other issues
- Coordinating Rewards & Recognition function for centre
- Organizing Annual Day, Sports day, Cultural day and other festival events
- Employee connects and coordination
- Tracking EWS
Skills Desired :
- MBA in HR
- Basics of Talent management
- Eye for detail, critical & analytical thinking, proactive and assertive
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving attitude
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Exposure to Recruitment and Workforce management
