Job Description
Work Location : Karimnagar (IT-HUB)
This role is purely into HR Process (HR functions/Operations for US companies)
We are looking EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (must)
Job Description:
1. Manage training, transition and implementation initiatives in various HR functions
2. Work on any Employee Management System to streamline processes that support acquisition, management & immigration of workforce at client locations
3. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
4. Focus on HR process development & improvement; create awareness amongst employees, review & documentation
5. Regular Meetings with clients to co-ordinate business operations
6. Knowledge of compliance of all Labour Law/statutory registers & Immigration of US is a plus
Minimum Qualification:
- Any Bachelor Degree with Passion of HR
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality, drive to exceed goals, and strong attention to detail
- 0 - 2 years of HR operations Experience
- Creative, ambitious and very detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with a positive and energetic phone presence
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Works in US/Night Shift
- UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
- PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Doctorate Not Required
