Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- LOOKING FOR FEMALE HANDLING THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR & RECRUITMENT SERVICES
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
- Responsible for handling (End-to-end Recruitment (Sourcing > Screening > Short-listing > Interviewing > Negotiating > Closing the position).
- Generation of business from Direct Accounts and achieving sales Targets.
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Mapping the prospect clients in IT & NON IT for India and USA industry and generate the leads.
- Knowledge of end to end life cycle of recruitment and Staffing solutions.
- Going and meeting F2F with the HR
- Resume formatter, Mail Blast, Job Posting, RQF, Client PPT Presentation, and Finding a Resumes on a portals.
- Computer skills- Internet research, MS Office, CRM Software, DTP, Software and hardware installation, and printing.
- Co-ordinating & maintain office records with seniors.
- Good communications in English, Hindi & Marathi.
REQUIRED FRESHERS & EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Part Time (06:00 pm to 10:00 pm Evening Time).
