Rs.7000 to Rs.8000 + Incentives
Some of the major job responsibilities for the HR Recruiter would be:
- Be responsible for end to end recruitments i.e. sourcing to joining.
- Headhunt candidates over phone, mail etc, doing reference checks.
- Taking telephonic interviews
- Handling entire recruitment process.
- Updating with new requirements from the clients.
- Building up the relationship with candidates and the clients.
- Sourcing right candidates as per client 's requirement using different search-Job Portals Head -Hunting, Mapping etc.
- Should have a pleasing personality with Good communication skills in English and should be comfortable working on computers.
