End to End Recruitment.
Creating Pipeline of candidates.
Preliminary Screening.
Analyze the client's requirements.
Pre‐Screen the Resumes and Send relevant profiles to client for their perusal for candidate's interview
Calling the candidates & scheduling them for interviews.
Coordinating with clients and candidates regarding the interview schedule.
Maintaining database and candidate records.
Work on deadlines to complete the vacancies.
