Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Must Have Knowledge On Job Portals like Naukri,Monster,Times jobs, Linkedin and indeed.
1.Create and publish job ads in various portals
2.Screen resumes and job applications
3.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
4.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5.Good Communication skills

Salary: 8k to Upto 15k/per month
