What You Do:
- To represent knowlarity brand to increasingly competitive talent market, to hire the best talent fit for our fast moving culture and help retain them
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes, conducting assessments, phone and in-persona interviews
- Assisting candidate with onboarding formalities
- Representing Knowlarity at job fairs and campus recruitments
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience.
- High energy, persistent, creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
