Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment (Starting from Sourcing Profiles till on-boarding the candidate).
- Candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates from different sources (Portals, Head Hunting, Field Sourcing, ERPs, Social Media etc).
- Candidate will be responsible initial screening of candidates and also coordination with Operations Team for the next level of interview.
- Candidate will be responsible for closure of positions in the stipulated timeline agreed with Operations Team
- Male candidates preferred for this position as the job involves field sourcing.
- Candidate should have 2 - 4 Years in Mass Hiring & Bulk Hiring in the BPO Industry.
- Candidate should have completed graduation in any stream
