• Assist to Plant HR           
• Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
• Recruitment, Interview, Joining and Exit Formalities
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation                
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records .
• Employee grievance               
• Performance Appraisal
• Maintaining Attendance and registers as per government norms
•  Enter Employee Data into computer Database
• Track and Update Daily Employee leaves and Absence
• Assist HR Supervisors with the Hiring Process, Including Submitting job posting online and scheduling candidate interviews  
• Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing employee changes related to payroll.  
• Liaise and respond to any government or third-party agencies relating to payroll. 
• Advise and assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of human resource policy.

• Health and Safety Responsibilities

                                Work with Managers/Supervisors to ensure all workplace accidents/injuries/illnesses are reported promptly.

• Knowledge, skills and abilities

                                 Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)

• Work schedule

                                 Wednesday to Monday from 8:30 to 6:00.

                                 Occasional evenings as required
