Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled HR - Executive to IT startup based company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees request and provide relevant information
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Joining formalities and Handling Employee Database
- Leaves and Attendance Management
Qualifications and Skills
- Fresher of HR activities.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- PG/MBA in HR will be preferred.
- Should have prior experience in introducing HR policies, Exit process, and policies implementation.
- Should be good at Framing the job descriptions working respective managers
- Should be good in Mapping and documenting all recruitment function processes.
- Should have a strong commitment towards Process & Compliance.
- Should have experience in performance Management, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies.
- People and goal oriented, able to work under pressure and independently. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
