- Recruitment and Sourcing.
- Analysis of job descriptions to understand client requirements.
- Sourcing profiles, via Job Portals as per client requirement
- Short-listing, resume evaluation, and first level screening of suitable candidates over phone.
- Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule given by the client.
- Screening and short listing the candidates as per the job description of the clients and then sourcing to respective clients.
- Being domain expert for respective client and industry.
- Coordinating with the clients and candidates.
- Ensuring that we reach their requirements and close the given number of positions in a given time
