2) Sourcing Profiles from various channels through referral or social media
3) Sharing profiles with the concerned person
4) Lining up interviews of shortlisted candidates
Responsibility:
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters.
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
