- Managing end to end recruitment
- Sourcing candidates from different sources like Job Portals, Social Media, References, Campus Hiring etc.
- Co-ordinate to make a hassle free interview experience.
- Maintain database of candidates on daily, weekly basis and submit to reporting the person.
- Maintain proper daily follow ups with lined up candidates.
- Conduct background screenings and reference checks.
