Job Description

Position: HR Executive.
Experience: 0-2 yrs of experience.
Salary Range: Based on current ctc.Best in the industry.
Education: Any any graduate .
Location: BTM Bangalore.

Description & Requirement:

Candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment process.
Will be sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times, etc.
Should understand the job description given by the clients and source profiles accordingly.
Should contact the candidates regarding the job opportunity, explain them about the JD and schedule them for interviews if interested.
Interview follow ups, salary negotiation, offer follow ups and keep in loop with the candidate until the candidate joins the organization.
