Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Should have good communication skills, Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Understanding the requirements and Posting & searching suitable
profiles by using Portals, LinkedIn, References, etc .
- Should have Experience in cold calling and head hunting.
- Making calls to the candidates and explaining about the requirements and
client details.
- Doing regular follow ups until candidates joining into client location,
convincing and doing negotiation on salary.
- Maintaining Good relationship with candidates and clients, both Domestic
and International
- Sending daily, weekly or monthly reports to Senior manager.
- Should have a basic degree in BCA/BSc/Diploma/ BE / MCA with Management
degree like MBA with HR/Marketing as specialization.
- Should have with relevant experience in the industry from 0-5years,
depending upon the position applied for.
