HR Recruiter
Note: We do not have openings for IT Recruiters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for ITES vertical
- Calling and lining up candidates for interview & follow up.
- Candidates are involved in end to end recruitment.
- Understanding clients requirements
- Generating leads through reference.(We have portals too like Naukri Monster & Times )
- Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating their communication skills.
- Interview scheduling, follow up and co-ordination with clients.
Skills required:
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
- Attentive listener
- Confident while communicating
- We hire candidates with Good attitude, Team player, Target driven, Career oriented and Quick learner.
