• We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and committed candidate who will be part of the HR team under shared resources for TTK Services, which has three divisions YourManInIndia, GetFriday, and HomeShikari.
  
• Position : HR Recruiter
  
• Qualification : Any Graduate/ MBA(HR)
  
• Exp. : 0.6 - 2 years
  
• Location : Bangalore(Marathalli)
  
• Exp Joining : Immediate to 15 days
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment across board for Get Friday -KPO division, YMII -Non It (Services), HomeShikari (property management services) and Shared Services.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
• Initiate an array of sourcing activities through various channels, jobportals, networking and conducting referrals, and Mapping of target companies and headhunting to ensure a regular supply of candidates to meet the existing & future demands.
• Responsible for IJP Coordination.
• Preparation of MIS reports and database maintenance.

Candidate profile:

• Candidate from consulting firm would be added advantage.
• Willing to travel across South India for recruitment.
• Must be available to work a flexible work schedule.
• Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple job profiles.
• Should have focus towards making a career in HR.
• Excellent communication in written & spoken English.
• Sharp with outstanding analytical skills.
• Good managerial, interpersonal skills and excel at people management.
• Excellent problem solving, relationship building and decision making skills.
• Quick Learner, Energetic & Self Starter.
