Job Description
- Familiar with recruitment processes and techniques.
- Analyse requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.
- Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements from Clients.
- Ability to handle candidates and clients independently.
- Evaluating the candidate job stability and reasons for seeking a career change.
- Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients requirements.
- Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.
- Follow up with the candidates to ensure that the candidates once confirmed, join the organization.
- Identify, screen and assist in recruiting candidates via telephone/email
- Regularly interacting with clients to understand their requirement.
- Update the candidates/clients information in company database.-Preparing and releasing advertisements in portals like Timesjobs & Naukri
- Sorting and screening of profiles with respect to the specific requirement of the clients.
