We are Hiring Females for a Leading Recruitment Consultancy based out in New Civic Center , Bhilai.

Position will be

• HR / Sr. Consultant / Team Leader / Asst. Manager
  
• Salary is not a constraint for a right candidate with relevant experience.
  
• Fixed Shifts - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  
• Week Off - Sunday

Description:

• Versatile Recruiter and target oriented mind with good idea or experience on recruitment giving the best solution to the client.
  
• Excellent communication skills with very good hands on exposure in Recruitment of professionals.
  
• Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites with Exposure on Targeted Recruiting
  
• Experience in Sourcing Profiles from Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc.
  
• Cold Calling Passive & Active Job Seekers.
  
• Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.
  
• Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
  
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
  
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
  
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
  
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
  
• Using candidate databases to find the right person for the vacancy.
  
• Interacting with suitable candidates and closing the requirements.
  
• Excellent Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific requirements
