Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for an energetic, proactive & dependable HR executive intern .
- Desired candidate will have excellent communication skills and will play key role in hiring process.
- Desired candidate will have excellent MS excel & word skills for documenting and accounting purpose.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Screening candidates profiles and shortlist potential candidates.
- Responsible for the organising (declutter) all company related documents (Microsoft-one drive)
- bookkeeping, generating monthly payslips, and estimating company expenses.
- Keep employees leave record
- MUST grow your knowledge about companys agenda, products and services.
- Keep an update on clients and on-going projects (Upwork and Trello).
- Asking employees to fill quarterly self assessment report for appraisal purpose.
- Maintain employee’s attendance and leaves record on daily basis.
- Helping company with recruitment process such as shortlisting candidates, writing emails to potential candidates and report to the director
